  • Refund process: After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days .

  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned.

Example: If you receive a blouse in the wrong size, you can request a return and receive your money back once the blouse is received and checked.
