Exchange Policy

f you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or due to a defect, we are happy to assist.

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Process: Contact our customer service with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for exchange. We will provide the return instructions.

  • Costs: If the exchange is due to a defect or wrong item sent, we will cover the return shipping. For size or preference changes, the customer is responsible for return costs.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is not available, we may offer a refund instead.

Example: If you ordered trousers in size M but need size L, you can request an exchange. If size L is out of stock, we will refund your payment.
